APPLICATION:

This T-shirt heat press machine can transfer colorful pictures and characters of  sublimating and dissolved printing ink onto ceramics, glasses and textiles such as cotton, flax, chemical fiber, nylon, ect. The machine can also conduct some heat treatments such as hair-planting print, vesicant print and conglutination of cloth lining and cloth under low  temperature and low pressure. It can be used for T-shirts, mouse mats, sports clothes,swimwear,bags,scarves ,logo,umbrella,pillow,socks, jigsaw puzzles, ceramic tiles, ID badges, vip card, personalized gifts, stone rock painting, rhinestone, flocking, glass, metal sheet, aluminum sheet, and so on. and just about every other flat surface item you may want to  dye sublimation for.  in  a word ,it is economical and practical.

Read Before operating:
 

1.Check the voltage before using it. Then turn on the machine and turn on the power supply!

2.When you use it, avoid heating the machine without operating it for long time. You should switch off the power supply when you don't use it. don't heating nothing.

3.Avoid touch the heat press plate when you operating in case be injured.

4.When you press the handle ,if you feel the pressure is too much and it is hard to press it, or the pressure is not enough and it is too easy press it, please adjust the pressure adjusting knob, decrease/increase  the shrink of the spring , the intensity of the machine will be injured if the pressure is too much.

5.Keep children away from the machine even when the machine is left unused!!!

Operation procedures  

please note: Users should operate the machine with ground wire connected for safety!

1.Plug in, turn on the power switch, the power indicator lightened.
2.Hold the handle to push the heating plate away to the right direction.
3.Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 120-200ºC),set  the timer to the  needed.(Normally 5~20Second)
4.Place the clothes to the main plate, cover the printing paper(please note the right surface of the paper).Press the handle down until reach terminal.
5.When the time come down to over, the buzzer alarms, pull the handle back.
6.If  it  is cold-ripping of the transfer paper, please use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper, wait for 5-10 seconds, then rip off the transfer paper. If it is the hot-ripping of the transfer paper, you can rip off immediately after printing.

Please Note : Successful print requires right time ,temperature and pressure ,the thickness of  the clothes material ,even the type of printing paper ,all will affect the performance of printing .Any kind of sublimation paper need test before mass production.

The packing will be made according to your requirements. Here we have 2 usual kinds of safe packing method as below:

2.This Heat press machine will have PVC bag and foam inside,
wooden case outside. The method above are very safe shipping  packing method.

MAINTENANCE:
1.Pressure:If the pressure is not big enough, please loose the pressure blocked bolt, and then adjust the pressure nut, when finish the pressure adjustment, fasten the pressure nut.

2.Time:When the time is over, the buzzer does not work or out of order, check the contact of the sensitive switch at the tail of the machine. If it is not proper, adjust it to proper position.

3.Temperature:If the machine has been started for several minutes, there is no heating from heating plate, check the circuit.

4.The machine adopt eccentric bearing, the pressure is not allowed to be adjusted too large, in case cause damage to bearing.
