The seven problems that the die-cutting machine should pay attention to and solve

First, the processing quality and assembly accuracy of various parts of the equipment

Due to the technical level of the domestic machinery manufacturing industry, many parts of the die-cutting machine are rough. For example, the matching and manufacturing precision between the intermittent mechanism and the main drive system and the chain directly affect the machine speed. If the assembly accuracy is poor, the die cutting accuracy will be affected and noise will be caused. Another example is that the gap between the toggle mechanism and the moving platform is unreasonable, which will cause vibration and affect speed and accuracy.

Second, intermittent mechanisms, chains and paper teeth

The flat die cutting machine mostly adopts an equal indexing cam mechanism, and whether the shape of the cam is reasonable is a key. The tightness of the chain should be moderate, too tight or too loose will affect the precision of die cutting. The flat die-cutting machine is mostly solid, but it is easy to deform at high speed and has a large inertia during emergency stop. Good teeth are high in hardness and light in weight, and the angle and pressure are moderate.

Third, the transmission system

The current main drive of the die-cutting machine is driven by a motor to drive the worm and the worm gear. The worm gear is mostly helical gear. It should be noted that when the worm gear and the worm mesh at the indexing circle, the backlash between the gear teeth and the gear teeth is suitable. If the side gap is too large, the worm gear drive is not stable; the side gap is too small, which is not conducive to the flow of lubricating oil. There is also an unreasonable pressure angle that affects the smoothness of the drive.

Fourth, die-cut version, die cutter and rubber strip

These three items are the basic components of die cutting, and their quality is directly related to the die cutting quality. The plate requires uniform density, light weight, high hardness, good flexibility, easy processing, flatness and firmness. The blade is stable after insertion and can be replaced multiple times. The knife edge should be sharp, the height error of the whole knife and the bending of the big knife are small. The hardness of the rubber strip should be moderate, the knife edge should not be squeezed, and the rebound strength should not be insufficient.

Five, paper feeding speed and positioning mechanism

At present, the commonly used method is continuous paper feeding, that is, the front sheet and the back sheet are always partially overlapped. This method is smooth and fast, but the rapid movement makes the paper have a great impact on the positioning pre-regulation. The paper curls or bounces after being stressed, resulting in inaccurate positioning. The ideal die-cutting machine should keep the speed of the die cutting speed as low as possible on the paper table.

Six, chain guide

The guide rail acts on the chain to position and control the direction. The thickness of the rails should be appropriate to fit in the chain. The distance between the upper and lower rails must ensure that the chain passes smoothly, too small to increase the transmission resistance; too much chain is easy to jump. The track of the guide rail and the length of the chain also have a certain influence on the performance of the machine.

Seven, pressure agencies

The most important device for die cutting machines is the pressure applying mechanism. At present, the most common double toggle mechanism, the crank rotates one revolution, which enables the movable platform to reach the highest limit twice. In order to ensure the quality of die cutting, the entire platform should be evenly stressed when pressurized. Therefore, the working faces of the upper and lower platforms must be parallel. If the design is unreasonable, the pressure will be uneven and the empty stroke will be too large.
